Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing to enrol in the skill development programs offered by the Sri Sri Rural Development Programme Trust (SSRDP) through our platform.

We value your commitment to learning and personal development. Please read our refund policy carefully before proceeding with enrollment.

1. Confirmation of Enrollment

Once the payment is successfully completed, your enrollment in the selected in-person or online training program will be confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email along with relevant course details.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made towards the training programs are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Situations where the participant is unable to attend the program after registration.
  • Change of mind after payment.
  • Requests for refunds due to personal scheduling conflicts or other commitments.

3. Transfer of Enrollment

In certain exceptional circumstances, SSRDP Trust may allow a one-time transfer of enrollment to a future batch or another eligible participant, subject to internal approval. Such requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the program start date and are handled on a case-by-case basis. SSRDP reserves the right to approve or deny such requests.

4. Program Cancellations by SSRDP

In the rare event that the SSRDP Trust cancels a program due to unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will be given the option to transfer the enrollment to a future batch of the same program.
