BRIDGE (Bosch’s Response to India’s Development and Growth through Employability Enhancement) program is a unique, short-term, job-oriented program designed, developed and delivered by SSRDP in association with Bosch. This is a flagship 3-month program that It empowers unemployed youth with basic employability skills such as soft skills, industry-related skills and social skills, On-the-Job Training (OJT) and job placement assistance. The program prevents young ones from ending up in an unorganised sector where the ability to develop a career is restricted due to a lack of appropriate skills training. The program is all about “Eliminating Unemployment: One Youth at a Time”.

After completing Higher Secondary education, I took the Computer Skills Training Program from the Center of Excellence, Bangalore under SSRDP Trust with the support of Supertron Foundation. Now I am working with Chai Point in Bangalore on a monthly salary of Rs 18,000.
